Freeze account

Once you freeze your account, you won't be able to log in or register using the same email/phone/personal identity information. However, if you decide to unfreeze the account, you can unfreeze it at anytime by logging into your OKX app and completing a security check.

Getting started

  1. Log in to your account at okx.com and go to the security center (Profile icon > Security)

  2. Find Account management at the Security Center page, select Freeze account
